Common questions.
An impression, scan or model, plus a prescription stating the work type, the units and tooth numbers, the material, and the shade. If you are working to a treatment plan or a smile design, send that with it and we will work to it directly rather than reinterpret it.
Yes. The lab is CAD and CAM driven, so digital files go straight into design. We also keep a full analogue lab, so physical impressions and models are equally at home here.
Send an impression or scan of the arch, tell us the sport and the level of contact, and specify any colours or branding. We will come back on thickness and lamination. Team and club orders are welcome — send the models together and we will keep them tracked as one job.
Yes. Diagnostic wax-ups are one of the things this lab does most, particularly on implant and full mouth rehabilitation cases where it is worth seeing the plan in wax before anything is milled or cast.
We do. We cast chrome frameworks for other laboratories to use as denture bases. If you run a lab and need chrome work, contact us the same way a clinician would.
It depends on the work type, the unit count and the material, so we confirm a turnaround when we see the prescription rather than quoting a number that may not hold. Phone the lab on 079 848 5089 and we will give you a realistic date for your specific case.
